An efficiently packed small space will cost you less than a larger space. However, if you frequently use the space, a larger space that is well organized (racks and file boxes) may be more convenient for you. STORAGE UNITS

SAVE BY PAYING THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE.
All rents are to be paid in advance. If renter moves out of unit before the billing period has been completed, the prorated amount of the rent will then be returned from the day the unit is vacated. A security system is available on all units. The system is controlled individually by a security key for each unit. A $20.00 refundable deposit is required for all security keys. The deposit will be refunded when the key is returned. All units are available for inspection.

Mobile Unit Rental:
$55.00 per month plus moving expenses. Moving expenses typically are $125.00 - $180.00 one way.
